SHIPPING
We will ship items out as soon as possible after we receive your orders. But this will not always be the same day as your order. Please give us additional 2-3 business days for processing time.
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after you have placed it. So make sure you add the right email. Shipment notification and tracking information will also be sent to you via email.
We offer free standard shipping all over the world on orders of $59 or more, under $59 we will charge $3.99 for standard shipping. For EU countries listed below, we will charge $10 for standard shipping:

RETURNS & REFUNDS
To start a return, please contact us at info@apps2car.com to describe the items you want to return and the reasons for your return (14-day window since delivery). If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form and return address. Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping fee to return the package unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment method within 5 business days after we receive your package.
We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because they are non-refundable.
REPLACEMENTS
We only replace items if they are defective upon receive. You can request a product replacement by contact us at support@apps2car.com.
Replacement units shipped within the US will be free within one year of purchase.
Replacement units shipped internationally will be charged an international shipping fee.
